The interior and exterior landscapes of the GreenHouse are visually and physically integrated with the site. Maximum interior daylighting and fresh air in both office and manufacturing spaces optimize its user comfort, health and communication while yielding responsible, cost-effective operations. All spaces feed into The Street, an open corridor that runs the length of the building. Winner of an inaugural “Good Design Is Good Business” Award, the office and manufacturing facility has become a case study in how a sustainable approach enhances physical and mental health of its occupants as well as corporate productivity.
