Addition, gut renovation and rehabilitation of the 1960s, the Kuwait National Museum, which sustained extensive damage during the 1991 Gulf War.

The project included designing two new volumes for entry and for a library. Working within the existing building for the two gallery wings, Imrey Culbert established new facades; an extensive daylight mitigation system, developed with ARUP; re-working of all base building infrastructure to accommodate the requisite flows and collections. Client is the Kuwait Ministry of Culture. Bidding is complete, commencement of construction in delay.
